 ➢ Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE) – Exida USA. Regn 190207 001 Valid till Jan 25, 2025.
➢ An engineering graduate with proven success of over 35 years Operations, Project management Installation, commissioning and Process safety studies
➢ Chaired Successfully more than 25 major HAZOP/ HAZID / SIL and Design review Projects across Middle east and India
➢ Hands on Experience on several process equipment’s such as High-speed turbines/ compressors/ Heat Exchangers/ Furnaces/ Reactors/Columns and Separators etc. for 25 long years.
➢ Played a key role in major revamp unit with CASALE Group from BASIC Engineering to Detailed Engineering, liasing with the client on the Process design basis / Equipment data sheets/ P&ID reviews/ Cause and Effect review / SOP review etc.
➢ I had the unique opportunity of participating in critical phases of Safety life cycle like Design/Analysis and Realisation (HAZOP/SIL/ OPERATION)
➢ Lead successfully the DCS Upgradation project and participated in Factory acceptance / Site Acceptance and developed procedures on Proof testing and commissioning
➢ Proficient in using software’s like, ASPEN HYSYS, ASPEN PLUS, PHAPRO and existential
➢ Conducted Safety Studies/ Training at various countries UK/Qatar/ Oman/ Italy / Norway and Tunisia
